The light installation “Partitura d’aMARE,” located in front of the sea in the so-called Sottopiazza della Libertà, plays with the words “love” and “sea,” proposing a musical stave that turns into a sinuous wave motion: the five horizontal lines curve, at times, to become sea waves and host notes that turn into elegant bright fish with vivid colors. Thus the sound of the sea becomes music, the roar of the waves becomes musical writing, and each fish-note, as in a harmonious dance, swims on the score evoking the rhythm and breath of the sea.
