“Polar Landscape” is a light installation that reproduces an evocative scenery consisting of water, ice and polar bears. But while the scenery is meant to fascinate the viewer through the luminous figures of iridescent white bears set in a polar landscape, it also places emphasis on topical issues and urgencies: environmental issues, melting glaciers, and the extinction of animal species. With its luminous figures of white purity, the installation not only fascinates but also invites us to reflect on the urgency of protecting the planet and to become more aware of our actions and responsibilities.
