“Marbles Games,” is a light installation inspired by the colorful spheres of childhood games associated with the atmosphere of the Christmas holidays. Placed outside the historic core sella of the city, this installation aims to enhance and involve, as part of Salerno’s great Luci d’Artista celebration, the city areas less affected by the usual flow of tourists. Imagine a Christmas tree composed of luminous spheres – real “marbles” of light – suspended between the branches of trees and the balconies of homes, as if they had been thrown with a firm flick of the wrist, following joyful and unpredictable trajectories. In the context of the holidays, the call to childhood becomes a celebration of wonder: every passerby is invited to return for a moment to those moments of pure carefreeness, when a marble was enough to open up worlds of fantasy.
