The space, created from an old prefabricated structure of the’former kindergarten, has been transformed into a real theater with a capacity of 100 seats, equipped with stalls, stage, dressing rooms, toilets and rehearsal room.
.
Since 2009, it has been run by the Laboratorio Teatro Arbostella Association, which organizes an annual review of amateur comic theater, hosting amateur companies from Campania. In 2022, after two years of closure for Covid and major renovations, the theater was re-inaugurated with the name dedicated to founder Gino Esposito.
In addition to the winter season, the theater offers theater workshops for children and adults, free shows for seniors and the summer festival “Arena Arbostella” with outdoor theater, music and dance.
